At Fynsgades Nursing Home we are seeking engaged and caring social- and health care assistants for permanent positions, primarily in day shifts, who work every other weekend

Who are we?

Fynsgades Nursing Home is home to 35 residents, and we work every day to create a safe, meaningful and dignified everyday life based on the individual resident's wishes, needs and life history.

We work with the values of the Elderly Act as our starting point, where self-determination, relationships, quality of life and professionalism go hand in hand. We believe that the best solutions are created close to the residents and in collaboration between staff, residents and relatives.

We are proud to have our own kitchen, where nutrition and good meal experiences are an important part of the residents' well-being and health. At the same time we have a dedicated nurse in the house who contributes to high professional quality, sparring and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your tasks will include

• To provide care, support and assistance based on the individual resident's needs, wishes and resources.
• To ensure correct medication management and documentation.
• To work closely with colleagues, the nurse, relatives and other collaborators.
• To actively contribute to professional reflection, development and quality in everyday life.
• To support residents' self-determination, quality of life and the possibility to live the life that gives meaning to them.
