About the job
Do you want a maternity leave substitute with meaning, and do you want to be part of our community where you make a difference for others?
We are looking for a social- and healthcare aide for a maternity leave substitute in day shift at Dronning Ingrids Hjem.
Who are we?
We are a house where community, development, professionalism and diversity are our core values and a natural part of our daily life. We work to create a safe and meaningful life for our residents, where each individual is met with respect, presence and care.
We believe we succeed best together when we learn from each other, use our different competencies and contribute to a strong community.
As a social- and healthcare helper you will therefore be an important part of the community and the collaboration with your colleagues across disciplines. It is important that you want to help support residents' well-being, safety and self-determination and create good days for them – every time you come in.
We are close to public transport and have free parking.
About the job and your tasks
Your focus will be to create a safe and content-rich daily life for the residents in close collaboration with your colleagues.
Your primary tasks will be
- to be a contact person for a small group of residents
- to provide holistic care and nursing
- to maintain ongoing contact with the relatives
Here with us you become part of a strong partnership, where in daily work you are teamed up with good colleagues, so you can always brainstorm with each other and lift tasks in the joint effort.
Who are you?
We imagine that you
- are educated as a social- and healthcare helper
- have a warm heart for elderly care and wish to actively contribute to residents' well-being and quality of life
- thrive with independent responsibility, but at the same time are a pronounced team player who values good collegiality
Employment terms
The position is basically 37 hours per week in day shifts with weekend shifts every third week.
The maternity leave substitute runs until December 31, 2027 with possibility of extension.
