At Cura Pleje we are seeking a skilled and engaged social and health helper for a maternity leave position in Gladsaxe with start in January 2027 and a duration of approximately one year.

Your everyday life with us

You start your workday at our department in Gentofte, from where you drive out to the citizens in Gladsaxe. Here you visit the citizens in their own homes and help create a safe, dignified and meaningful everyday life.

Your tasks will include, among others

• To help citizens with personal care and practical assistance.
• To support citizens in maintaining their independence and using their own resources.
• To build good relations through presence, respect and care.
• To be aware of changes in the citizens' condition and pass on relevant observations.
• To collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure the best possible care.

We know that work in home care requires professionalism, responsibility and human understanding. Therefore, it is important to us that you meet the citizens with an open mind and are keen to make a difference even on days when it requires a little extra.

Who are you?

• Are educated as a social and health helper (SSH).
• Have a valid driving license, as you will drive from our department in Gentofte to the citizens in Gladsaxe.
• Are caring, welcoming and responsible.
• Can work independently and thrive on visiting different citizens during the day.
• Want to work rehabilitatively and support citizens in doing as much as possible themselves.
• Are a good colleague who contribute positively to collaboration and community.
• Would like to learn new things and develop professionally.

You do not need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you bring your professionalism, your sense of responsibility and the desire to deliver good care and attention.
