Social Educator for the Residential Facility Rosenkildevej 97

Are you a pedagogue with ambitions to develop yourself and be part of our self- and co-led teams? Then maybe you’re the one we’re looking for!

At the residential facility, 30 adult residents lead lively lives with complex disabilities and with a need for help in all aspects of life. If you do not yet have much experience with transfers and different types of physical and mental disabilities, we will teach you.

Rosenkildevej 97 is a municipal residential facility with really good physical facilities both indoors and outdoors.

The residential facility is cozy, homely and with a really good framework for both the citizens and your working life. In our work we emphasize involving the citizens in their own lives. Together with the citizens we create a everyday life with experiences and strong influence. You will work as part of a co-led team where decisions are made close to the citizen.

You will have influence in the form of

• co-leadership, where all staff are involved in decision-making processes
• psychological safety and psychological first aid
• employment up to 37 hours per week
• preferences regarding whether you can work every other weekend or every 4th weekend on even weeks
• the possibility to work long shifts, up to 15 hours

We expect that you as an employee

• are keen to work pedagogically with citizens who have complex disabilities, where care and support are a given
• are eager to work with creativity, development and professional sparring
• can be initiatory and at the same time be the one who contributes to ensuring that the various tasks are completed
• can work in a structured way and can create an overview of the day's pedagogical and health-related tasks in the houses
• can participate in different networks in a professional and constructive manner, both interdisciplinary and monodisciplinary
• can document in an electronic citizen journal, both with regard to the pedagogical and the health-related work
• can work independently and are good at collaborating in a team
• (preferably) have a B driver's license
