Social- & Health Care Assistants for the Center for Home Care in Lemvig

The positions are for commencement on 01.12.2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

There will be opportunities for employment up to 37 hours and the shifts will be in mixed day and evening shifts. We strive to accommodate individual wishes as far as possible compatible with operations.

Center for Home Care covers the town of Lemvig and the eastern hinterland. The area is divided into 4 teams that ensure continuity for both the citizen and the staff. We place great emphasis on safety, professional quality and interdisciplinary collaboration with the nursing service and the occupational therapists. You will have the opportunity to develop your personal and professional competencies.

You must be able to work independently and thrive in a varied and changing everyday life, where plans can be changed at short notice and be able to work in an appreciative manner with focus on the core task.

You must have a driving licence and preferably your own car available. You must be flexible and stable. You will receive a good introduction period with an experienced colleague.

Salary

Salary is set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's pay policy.

Start salary for a full-time employee is 27,987 DKK + pension. In addition, a qualification salary is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.
