Social- and health care assistant, social- and health care helper or care helper for weekend work

The position includes working every other weekend (in even weeks in 2026 and odd weeks in 2027).

You will be part of a team with care for our residents. We prefer that you are trained as a social and health care helper or a social and health care assistant, but it is not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you have an interest in working with elderly people, meet them with respect, presence and care, and want to contribute to a good daily life for the residents.

About the job

You will become part of Grønningen, which is a care home with 24 dwellings spread across two houses. We work holistically, rehabilitatively and with the involvement of neuropedagogy in daily work.

The position is every other weekend.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and FOA.

The position is with weekend duty every other weekend in even weeks in 2026 and odd weeks in 2027.

The working hours are 7:00-15:00 every other weekend.

Prior to employment a criminal record check will be obtained, and employment is conditional on it being satisfactory.

The position is available for immediate start or on 1 January 2027.

Please note that all nursing homes in Aabenraa Municipality are smoke-free areas.
