Your three main work tasks

Care and nursing in citizens' homes (approx. 70%)

You provide care, personal care, practical help and present conversations that give the citizens security and quality of life in their own homes.

Coordination and collaboration (approx. 25%)

You work closely with colleagues, relatives and professionals to ensure high-quality care. Documentation and follow-up are a natural part of your work.

Driving time between citizens (approx. 5%)

A portion of your time is spent traveling between residents' homes. Therefore you must have a valid driver's license – and optionally be able to provide your own car.

To succeed in the position

• We prefer that you have a health care education as a social and health care helper/assistant or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Nexus is appreciated but not required.
• Valid driver's license
• The position is 28 hours per week with a 5-2 shift pattern and working every other weekend.
• You can work independently, but also thrive in a community where we lift together.
