Social and Health Care Assistant sought as soon as possible for a fixed awake night shift in Residential Unit 10, Sølund Village

The position is 37 hours per week.

Working hours are in the period 22:00-07:15 and planned as 7/7 in odd weeks.

The position includes multiple roles and tasks depending on whether it is House 9 or House 10, both of which are part of the residential unit.

House 9: As a night guard in House 9 you work alone in the house and have awake supervision of 8 residents as well as several practical tasks.

At the same time there are 2 other awake night guards in House 10.

Additionally, you will perform a roaming function with a work area across Landsbyen Sølund. The roaming function means you can be called out for acute health-related situations.

House 10: As a night guard in House 10 you work together with another awake night guard in the house.

The task as night guard in House 10 is divided into 2 independent functions, which alternate between the two night guards.

• The first half of the night you have awake supervision of 6 residents and several practical tasks in the house.
• The second half of the night you have awake supervision of one resident in their apartment. This task means that you are on constant duty with this resident, who must be supervised at all times. You may not leave the resident without being relieved by a colleague.

We are looking for a night guard who

• Must be trained social and healthcare assistant
• Is responsible and can work independently
• Has experience with and knowledge of the area.
• Has experience with Columna Cura as a documentation tool
• Is appreciative and clear in their communication, both in writing, verbally and nonverbally
• Is reliable, has humor and meets everyday life with a smile, joy and a can-do attitude.
• Is aware of how the working hours fit into your overall life
• Has a driving license

About Boenhed 10 in Landsbyen Sølund

Boenhed 10 consists of two interconnected houses with a total of 15 residents aged 18 to 80 years. Common to all residents is that they have permanently reduced functional ability, the majority are wheelchair users, and their development age ranges from a few months to about 3 years.
