Social and Health Care Assistant for Solgården Care Center

Would you like to be part of Jammerbugt Municipality's largest care center and make a difference for the residents in everyday life? At Solgården we are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant for day shifts.

We have an exciting house with a total of 69 units distributed across

• 2 dementia sections
• 2 respite places
• 4 somatic departments

A little about the positions

It is permanent positions of 37 hours per week in day shifts with weekend shifts every 2nd week, with start as soon as possible.

There is an opportunity to have a smaller number of hours upon personal request.

We work in teams at Solgården, and you will become part of a fixed team. There are social- and health care assistants attached to each department, and you have the nursing responsibility for 10-14 residents in everyday life. We work with holistic care, and therefore you as a social- and health care assistant/nurse are also part of the daily care and support, as we believe that this is the best way to get to know our residents.

There is close collaboration with the other social- and health care assistants, the center nurse, professional coordinator and assistant manager, who support the nursing-related issues.

Team meetings are held every 4 weeks, where professional issues are discussed and cooperation examined.

We use iPads, VAR, AND KMD Nexus (FS3) as tools with a focus on good documentation.

We work from the values of trust, dialogue and good well-being for our residents and staff, and we value appreciative dialogue and prioritize a healthy working environment.

We prioritize a good everyday life with a focus on a homely atmosphere, and we base it on the individual resident and their resources and life history. We have close cooperation with volunteers and relatives – to the great joy of our residents and Solgården as a whole.
