Social-pedagogical supervisor for maternity leave substitute in Team ADHD-Autisme

About the job

The Center for Social Rehabilitation is part of Social & Psychiatry in Vejle Municipality and is an offering to citizens who live in their own homes and have a substantially reduced physical or mental functioning or social problems.

In the ADHD-Autism Team we primarily work with citizens with diagnoses ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. Often citizens have comorbidity or a dual diagnosis, and therefore we have close collaboration with psychiatry, our internal department for people with psychiatric diagnoses, and the Substance Abuse Center.

Qualifications and competencies we seek

• You have a pedagogical, social or health care education
• You have experience within the ADHD area and/or autism spectrum disorders
• You have an affirming and resource-oriented approach to citizens
• You have good communication and collaboration skills, so you can convey your knowledge and guidance clearly to the citizen and other professionals in a professional work community
• You have competencies in documentation, follow-up and written dissemination, so you can ensure high quality in your guidance
• You are independent and responsible and can take responsibility for own and joint decisions
• You thrive on working flexibly and cross-professionally in a large organization in development

About us

In the ADHD-Autism Team you will become part of a professionally skilled team where we work from the values togetherness, recognition, to make each other good and to use the free frameworks. You are therefore welcome to provide feedback, new ideas and wishes for how we can continue to be a good offering to the citizens of Vejle Municipality.

We work to support people in their life mastery. We do this through a recovery-oriented and rehabilitative approach.

Your approach must be resource-focused and supportive, and you must be able to work independently, as we often work 1:1 with the citizens. You have your own citizen portfolio, but we have weekly team and sparring meetings, and you will be assigned a mentor who also acts as your sparring partner in your start-up.

We also have ongoing supervision.

The support is given according to the Danish Act on Social Services § 85.

Employment terms

Your employment is linked to Papirfabrikken in Vejle, but your work area covers the entire Vejle Municipality. You must therefore have a driving license. As a rule, we drive in the center's cars.

You will be paid according to the applicable collective agreement. The salary range is provided in connection with invitation to interview.

Your working hours are arranged according to the citizens' needs. Therefore, there may be evening and weekend work. Otherwise, your working hours are on weekdays between 7 am and 5 pm.

It is a maternity leave position of 37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027 or after agreement and with expected duration of about 1 year.
