We are seeking a social pedagogue to join Team Bakkebo.

In Bakkebo there are 5 wonderful residents who look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you.

A little about us: the residents need help with all facets of life, including personal care to varying degrees, help with shopping, medical appointments, etc. we are involved in supporting and motivating the residents to achieve the dreams and hopes they have.

The residents require 1:1 support to navigate a structured daily life in order to thrive as well as possible. Two of the residents attend day services, of which we accompany one to work.

In Bakkebo you will have 14 colleagues who likewise look forward to getting a new colleague.

You will have colleagues who have a high level of professional competence and put the residents first.

Colleagues who are caring and value collegial sparring and collaboration. They will always help if the need arises.

Work is targeted at the physical environment to create calm, balance and communities that everyone can be a part of.

Working hours fall within 7:00-22:00 and with every other weekend.

In addition to morning/ evening shifts there is also the possibility of some long shifts up to 14 hours.

Søvænge is a social-pedagogical residential offer for adults with physical and/or mental functional impairments. We are located very close to Ølstykke S-train station – in fact it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk to Søvænge from the station.

At Søvænge we are in the midst of an exciting development process, focusing on the neuropedagogical framework in the pedagogical work. This means that we have planned training in neuropedagogy and we regularly receive neuropedagogical sparring, so that together we improve and create a strong professional work community.

Moreover, it is central that the health and pedagogical aspects are weighted equally and followed in the work. Therefore you should also be prepared to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with, among others, nurses.
