About Trekløveret

Trekløveret is a residential facility under the Social Adult Area, Center 1. Here 22 adult residents aged 20-80 live with physical and/or mental disabilities – all in their own apartments.

We work from a resource-focused and structured approach, where appreciative communication and targeted support are the foundation. Our goal is to give residents the best possible conditions to master their own lives with focus on development, self- and co-determination.

The residence is open 24/7 year-round, and you will become part of a multidisciplinary team where professionalism, collaboration and reflection are prioritized.

Your tasks

As a social pedagogue you will be an important part of a professionally strong team, where you among other things shall:

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with the residents
• Work purposefully with residents' individual goals and development plans
• Support residents' well-being, coping and self-determination
• Contribute to professional reflections and development of the pedagogical practice
• Document efforts and progression with high professional quality
• Collaborate with relatives/guardians, authorities, health professionals and other relevant stakeholders
• Carry out contact person duties
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and professional sparring
• Participate in and manage individual projects as needed

We are looking for you who

• Is trained as a social pedagogue
• Has a rehabilitative and resource-focused approach to people
• Meets residents with respect, recognition and curiosity
• Can work independently while actively contributing to the community
• Has good collaboration skills and communicates professionally
• Is robust and maintains an overview in complex situations
• Focuses on professional reflection and development of own practice
• Sees documentation as an important part of the pedagogical work
• Is flexible, stable and adaptable
• Contributes positively to professional and organizational changes

Experience from residential care, social psychiatry or work with people with physical and/or mental disabilities is an advantage but not required.
