Social worker or social mediator for the Reception, CFR

Are you professionally strong, do you thrive in a everyday with great variation, and can you maintain an overview when the pace is high? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for to our reception team.

We are looking for an engaged and professionally strong social worker or social facilitator for a fixed-term position in our reception. The position is vacant because one of our experienced colleagues has obtained an internal project position in the municipality for a three-year period.

The employment is fixed-term from January 1, 2027 to and including October 31, 2029.

About us

In the Center for Family and Counseling (CFR), no day is the same. We handle both acute cases of violence and abuse, and provide advice and guidance to the municipality's residents, professionals, colleagues and partners.

The reception consists of three child and youth counselors who work closely together and have a strong professional and collegial community. We prioritise sparring, knowledge sharing and a good atmosphere in daily work. With us we help each other when it gets busy, and we see the tasks as the team's shared responsibility.

We work among other things with

• 24-hour assessment of notifications, including complex cases of violence and abuse
• Acute interventions and preparedness
• Internal sparring and a mentoring role for new colleagues
• Ad hoc tasks across the department, e.g., follow-up meetings, child involvement and informing network meetings
• Open anonymized Counseling
• Administrative tasks
• Operational support to other teams during illness and peak workloads

About you

You are trained as a social worker or social facilitator. If you have experience in the area, that is an advantage – but we also welcome applicants who are newly trained and up for the task. We provide a thorough introduction and ongoing sparring.
