We are seeking both employees with social and healthCare backgrounds, e.g., social educators, social- and health care assistants, nurses, occupational therapists as well as care and habilitation assistants with relevant experience, who wish to become part of our work community and contribute to creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for the residents as well as to the ongoing development of Granmosevej.

We are looking for up to 15 employees for permanent positions starting 1 March 2027. The positions are typically 37 hours.

Working hours will be distributed over day and evening shifts with work every 2nd or 3rd weekend according to preference.

Your tasks at the residential facility

You will be part of our residential facility for adult residents with permanent physical and/or mental functional impairments.

Your task is to support everyday life where the need is greatest, and assist the residents based on individual daily rhythm plans and daily structures.

Your tasks can include

  • Support residents to live as independently as possible
  • Carry out both pedagogical and developmental processes based on KRAP and perform daily care and nursing tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues in teams, across teams and across residents' services
  • Handle daily documentation, prepare status descriptions and participate in interdisciplinary meetings as well as meetings with residents, relatives, authorities, guardians, etc.
  • Contribute to practical tasks in a busy, multi-functional house with many balls in the air
  • Contribute actively to the development of our professional practice, workflows and shared workplace culture

We are seeking employees with diverse professional backgrounds, as we believe that interdisciplinary collaboration is a strength in working to create a coherent and high-quality service for residents.

Regardless of your professional background you are engaged, flexible and approachable. You thrive in cross-disciplinary collaboration and among staff groups. You can work independently, but also see the value in a committed work community where we share responsibility for the core task.

Who are you?

As part of a developing residential facility there will continuously be a need to adapt and further develop workflows, structures and forms of collaboration.

It requires flexibility, commitment and a willingness to find good solutions together. In return you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our shared professional culture.

We would like you to

  • Have a willingness to work cross-disciplinary
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a good overview and be able to step in where a need arises
  • Be proactive, curious and collaborative
  • Have experience with – or an interest in – working with people with disabilities
  • Can translate professional knowledge into practice and reflect on one’s own actions
  • Thrive on development and want to actively contribute to shaping and further developing the offering
  • Have a driving license (B) and be willing to drive our disability bus

In addition, we are

  • An offering with great ambitions to involve relatives and networks
  • A work community focusing on psychological safety and a healthy work environment
  • A flexible workplace
  • A professional beacon with opportunities for postgraduate and continuing education

We aim to create a workplace where we help each other, share our knowledge and take joint responsibility for the core task.

We believe that high professional quality and well-being go hand in hand, and that we are most successful when we develop together.
