Do you want to help make a difference – where it really counts?

At Poseidon Shelter we are looking for an authentic and robust social educator who can create safety, development and structure for our young residents.

Who are we?

Poseidon is a social-educational residential placement, where we work based on the KRAP method (Cognitive, Resource-focused and Appreciative Pedagogy). We are a team with strong values, who every day work closely together to give young people with complex problems the best conditions for wellbeing and development.

Our target group

We work with young people who, among other things, have

We are looking for someone who

• Is professionally strong and passionate about working with vulnerable youths
• Is authentic, mentally and physically robust
• Can take leadership and go first in difficult situations
• Is dutiful and flexible
• Has a strong understanding that the work can be tough – but that the results are worth it
• Can work both independently and in a team

We offer

• A full-time position with start date 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter
• A workplace with engaged colleagues and a focus on professional development
• Shifts on both weekdays and weekends (every 3rd weekend)
• A meaningful job where you really make a difference

You must present a criminal record and a child certificate.
