Hviddalen - Fagfolk

Here you can meet a colleague who talks about the area in the film, and a number of citizens participate in it.

As a colleague in Hviddalen you work with tasks that support the individual’s communication/health and well-being, and you work with social-pedagogical tasks that aim to seize the development and relational opportunities that are attractive and relevant for the individual. We work concretely with various tools such as daily and weekly plans, pictures and visual media.

More about the positions and your new workplace

Your working hours will be from 08:00 to 15:00/15:30 on most days. Occasionally you will participate in longer trips or evening or weekend events. Hviddalen Activity Center has a close collaboration with the residential facility located at the same address. There may be occasional occasions where you start at 07:00 at the residential facility to support residents to get up and start the day well, after which you continue the work in the day services.

• Has control over both daily and larger documentation tasks as well as competencies in using the Office suite.
• Is responsive and patient in awaiting the citizen’s input while being imaginative and inclusive in their work.
• Can be clear in communication with citizens and colleagues.
• Has good energy and participates in all our activities (swimming, creative, practical tasks, exercise, cooking, etc.).
• Has a driving license and should be able to drive the bus (Category B license).
• Has good physical fitness for transfers, securing seats on the bus and pushing a wheelchair.
• Is reliable in attendance

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the bargaining organization.

Prior to final appointment, a criminal background check and references must be obtained.
