STABLE, SECURE AND SCALABLE OPERATIONS

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer at Jeudan you are involved in ensuring, developing and professionalising our Microsoft-based IT platform. You will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure and scalable operations with particular focus on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender.

You will become part of the IT Operations & Support department. Here you will have a central role in daily operations, further development and security, but you also contribute to better structure, clear standards, strong documentation and more robust operating processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AREAS OF WORK

• Advanced operation and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform
• Identity and access management as well as endpoint administration
• Technical IT security, security configuration and ongoing verification
• Automation, standardization and improvement of operating procedures
• Cross-functional collaboration, project participation and 2nd/3rd level support

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

• Several years of experience with IT operations in a Microsoft-based environment
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• Good understanding of IT security and secure operations, including identity and access management and security configuration in the Microsoft environment
• Experience with Microsoft Defender or similar is a clear advantage
• Experience with automation and scripting, e.g. PowerShell, is a clear advantage
• Knowledge of Azure and hybrid environments is relevant, but not the primary focus of the role.

Jeudan's headquarters consist of three classical properties that have been merged into one property in a playful and often labyrinth-like layout, where details and historical features glow through. About 300 employees work here, while the remaining 400 work out in the city on Jeudan's many construction sites or as service staff for our customers.
