Solrød Municipality seeks a social work procurement consultant

Would you like to contribute to strengthening financial governance in the specialized social field through professional contract management and negotiation?

Solrød Municipality is seeking yet another social-administrative procurement consultant for the central finance function in the Center for Economy and Procurement. You will, together with a colleague, play a central role in ensuring alignment between citizens' needs, the delivered interventions and the financial agreements with external providers in the specialized social area. The role may include tasks in both the specialized adult area and the specialized children’s area, depending on your profile, experience and the organizational needs.

Your tasks

• Sparring with authority advisers in concrete cases
• Negotiate and follow up on contracts with external suppliers.
• Ensure clear financial and professional agreements in new and existing contracts.
• Contribute to the coherence between citizens' needs, interventions and the level of expenditure.
• Advise and spar with the authority areas on prices, services and negotiation options.
• Contribute to the implementation and anchoring of KL's Standard Contracts across the entire specialized social area in all relevant cases. This includes ensuring uniform contract management and supporting compliance with political decisions as well as joint municipal requirements and recommendations in the KKR framework.
• Develop workflows and governance tools.
• Support and develop the competencies of professional staff within social-work procurement.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with or an interest in contract negotiation and financial management.
• Has a social-work background and preferably familiarity with the specialized children's and/or adult area.
• Has strong communication and legal competencies.
• Can translate professional needs into financially robust agreements.
• Works systematically, analytically and results-oriented.
• Creates good collaborative relationships across disciplines.

Collective agreement

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement, and the working hours are 37 hours per week with start on 1 January 2027 or as agreed.
