Do you want to use your creativity to make Casa Bailar's teams and events visible?

Casa Bailar is an association and a dance house in Roskilde with teams and events for children, youths and adults. We are seeking a creative communications officer who can translate ideas into engaging content that arouses curiosity, attracts new participants and keeps members engaged in life in the house.

Your tasks

Your main tasks are social media and newsletters. Advertising, website content, flyers and posters come into play depending on your skills and the agreed working hours.

· Social media: Plan, produce and publish content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok – especially short videos and photos. Keep the channels active and the information correct and up to date.

· Newsletters: Create newsletters in Mailchimp that strengthen the community, retain members and inform about teams, season start and events.

· Advertising and development: Contribute to advertising and use feedback on the content and relevant trends to develop the communication.

· Other materials: Prepare website content, flyers and posters depending on your skills and the agreed working hours.

Social media and newsletters are your main tasks, and we will prioritise together so that the scope fits your hours. We would like to hear your ideas – including ways to create visibility that we haven't thought of.

You should be able to

· Create engaging images and short videos from idea and recording to editing and publishing.

· Adapt the content to the platform and the target audience and articulate clear messages in Danish.

· Take initiative and work independently and in a structured way and ensure quality without getting lost in details.

· Coordinate with the office, instructors and event managers so that the content is released at the right times.

You are curious about dance, movement and community and want to get to know our activities and target groups. You approach collaboration with good humor and willingness to contribute. Please also show us examples of content you have created.

It's a plus if you have …

· Experience with social media for a company or association.

· Experience with advertising on social media and newsletters in Mailchimp.

· Eye for other ways to create visibility and attract participants.

If you are strong with organic content, we offer upskilling in advertising.

Hours, working time and employment period

6–12 hours per week with the possibility of more hours with the right candidate. We agree on working hours and relevant accommodation considerations individually.

You will have fixed working hours at Casa Bailar. You can take the initiative to move the hours yourself when it makes more sense for the tasks, for example to film a class in the evening or an event on the weekend. You coordinate this with the office.

The position runs until 31 December 2027 with a good chance of extension. We are seeking an employee as soon as possible so we can complete training before the year end.

The workplace is Industrivej 44C, the basement, in Roskilde. Note that there is stair access with no elevator.
