The Svendborg branch is part of Region Svendborg, which consists of 2 branches (Svendborg & Rudkøbing). The department is physically located in our department at Centrumpladsen 19, 5700 Svendborg in modern newly renovated premises. The building is furthermore shared with the region's business center, which is why we are 30 colleagues in the building daily.

About the job

You are the deputy to the department director and share responsibility for the department's overall operations, development and objectives. In addition you function as a significant sparring partner for the department director and colleagues, and if you have experience advising the owner of a business on their private finances, that can become part of the job.

Your daily work is split between management, customer advisory and profiling the bank in the Svendborg area. You will be responsible for an existing client portfolio and have room to pursue new clients. You shall, based on our unique advisory concept, provide clients with qualified sparring and advice that results in good need-based solutions.

About you

You may come from a similar role, and you have the desire to see your skills create results and thus contribute to our positive growth and development. Alternatively you may currently be in aadvisor role, and have ambitions to make a difference for your department and colleagues in a leadership role.
