About the job

Would you like to be part of a developing ward – where psychiatry meets patients both in stabilizing and acute pathways?

On Ward 3 we currently work with stabilizing patient pathways, where the focus is on diagnostic clarification and acute psychiatric treatment, support and preparation for discharge. We are seeking a engaged and experienced special psychologist for a permanent position with commencement on January 1, 2027 or by agreement . The position is in principle a full-time position with workplace in Gødstrup.

We are currently in an exciting transformation period. We work from milieu-therapeutic principles, and our approach is characterized by relationship-based care, coping strategies and conflict management.

  • Collaboration with other departments and with internal as well as external partners
  • Contribution to development of treatment methods and professional practice

If interested, other varied tasks can be offered such as courses with psychological treatment and therapeutic conversations.

We continuously work on developing our professionalism and treatment methods through curiosity, openness and knowledge sharing. Part of your job will also be to conduct internal teaching and supervision.

We offer

  • A specialized function with high professional level and variation in tasks
  • An engaged team with both experienced and new colleagues
  • Professional community with the organization’s other specialist psychologists and psychologists
  • An environment with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, specialist psychology development and job satisfaction
  • Thorough introduction and opportunities for continuing education, including good opportunities for specialist training
