At AS3 Psychiatry you will play a central role as part of a strong multidisciplinary team in an organization where quality, collaboration and development are in focus. You will work with psychiatric assessment, treatment, supervision and professional sparring.

You will have the opportunity to shape both your own tasks, the professional practice and the ongoing development of AS3 Psychiatry.

ABOUT AS3 PSYCHIATRY

As part of AS3 Work&Care, we have built AS3 Psychiatry, an internal psychiatry function, where we assess and treat people in pathways through pension and insurance companies. In an interdisciplinary collaboration we create clarity and direction in complex cases, so that the individual has the best possible conditions to return to work.

We are growing, so we are now seeking colleagues in Aarhus, Aalborg, Odense and Copenhagen Ø. You will be attached to one location.

HERE IS WHERE YOU COME INTO THE PICTURE

As a special psychologist/specialist you will play a central role in our assessment work. You contribute to high professional quality in the assessment of treatment needs and work-related prognoses in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Your areas of work will be

• Assessment and clinical evaluations: Psychiatric assessment within all ICD-10 categories and assessment of treatment needs and work-related considerations. Our candidates are typically people with adjustment disorders, anxiety and/or depression, and where there is also an underlying psychopathology present, such as personality-related challenges or neuropsychiatric conditions.
• Treatment: Individual therapeutic conversations, group programs and contributions to relevant treatment plans.
• Supervision and professional sparring: Supervision of clinical psychologists and sparring with psychologists, physiotherapists, job coaches and other professions. Involves the assessment of complex and longer-term cases.
• Professional development: Participation in treatment conferences, complex case assessments and development of AS3 Psychiatry's methods, workflows and offerings.

OUR NEW COLLEAGUE

It is a requirement that you are a fully trained special psychologist or psychologist with specialist training.

We also expect you to have solid experience with assessment and treatment of adults with mental disorders. You work independently with complex clinical problems, but also see the value in close multidisciplinary collaboration. You have experience with supervision and professional sparring.

You have organizational understanding and can contribute to implementing new initiatives and are motivated to be part of a function in development, where you can influence workflows and culture.

You do not need to be able to check every box. The most important is that you have a strong professional depth, a desire to share your knowledge and motivation to help develop AS3 Psychiatry.
