We are looking for an engaged and competent doctor for our team at Alles Lægehus in Øster Jølby, Thisted or Frederikshavn, where we offer a dynamic workplace with a focus on professional development, employee well-being, and a good working environment.

You will join a very well-functioning and competent team of permanent clinic staff, consisting of a practice manager, skilled consultation nurses, and fixed doctors. The clinics have between 4,000 - 8,000 patients.

The doctors in the clinic focus mainly on medical tasks and handle minimal administration. You will have medical colleagues to spar with in daily practice.

Your tasks include

• Ensure close, competent and medically professional treatment for the clinic's patients
• Actively participate in testing and applying digital solutions that support cohesive patient pathways and develop existing processes.
• Work purposefully with coordination and quality in the individual treatment pathways
• Contribute to upskilling of the practice staff with a view to expanding and developing tasks.
• The clinic wishes to receive training doctors, and we hope you would like to become part of this process and become a tutor physician.
• Strengthen the good working environment in the team through collaboration and positive well-being.
