We are looking for a social- and health care assistant for a permanent position in our well-functioning home care team Frederiksværk/Ølsted.

If you are newly graduated, you are very welcome to apply; we will ensure a good and secure onboarding as a newly graduated SSA.

We work in fixed cross-disciplinary teams according to the Older Persons Act.

Fixed teams are a way to organize care and support for elderly citizens based on a holistic and interdisciplinary perspective. Whether they are called fixed, self-managing or cross-disciplinary teams, the common element is a focus on strengthening the citizen's self-determination and experience of continuity.

Employment: 1 December 2026.

Salary and terms of employment are fixed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function supplements can be agreed. The expected base salary for 37 hours lies in the range of DKK 30,556.92 – 35,335.58 per month excluding pension, depending on experience and competencies.
