SSA for day shift – do you want to be part of our team?

At Privathjælpen Holstebro we are seeking a social and health care assistant for one of our teams.

You will have a daily life with great independence and responsibility, where you never face challenges alone. You will become part of a fixed team where we use each other's expertise, help one another, and together ensure that our residents receive secure and dignified assistance.

The position is approximately 32 - 36 hours per week, where you work every 3rd weekend. The number of hours and the work schedule are agreed individually.

You are trained as a social and health care assistant, and you want to use your professionalism and help make a difference for our residents.

• Have experience in home care
• Are stable and a colleague you can count on
• Have experience with documentation – preferably KMD Nexus FSII
• Thrive with independence and can maintain an overview
• Want to share your knowledge and help your colleagues with onboarding and development
• Are curious about residents' needs and seek out the necessary information
• Contribute to a good work environment and a strong sense of community
