SSA or SSH sought for night shift at Rosengården

We are seeking a SSA or SSH for night shift at Rosengården in Jerslev. A colleague who can create security and reassurance at night, work independently and contribute to the ongoing development of our care home.

We are in the process of an exciting development, where the first floor will gradually be further developed with an increased focus on dementia expertise. Therefore we are looking for an employee who thrives in working with older people and has interest in - or experience with - care and nursing of residents with dementia.

The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed and is to be filled on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible after agreement.

About Rosengården

The Rosengården nursing home is a modern and well-functioning care home with 25 accommodations (beds) distributed over two floors. On the first floor we have 14 dementia beds and on the ground floor 11 somatic beds.

We work purposefully to create a daily life with high professionalism and quality of life, where residents are supported to live an independent and meaningful life. The house is characterized by homeliness, presence and an active environment, where residents, relatives and staff feel part of the community.

The staff group consists of nurses, social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers, and students. We work closely in a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on safety, well-being and residents' needs.

We are seeking a colleague who

• Is trained as a social- and health-care assistant or social- and health-care helper
• Has interest in or experience with the dementia area
• Can work independently and take responsibility during night shifts
• Focus on high professional quality in care and undertake relevant delegated nursing tasks within their own competence area
• Has an eye for both the individual resident and the community in the house
• Is calm, caring and professionally well-founded
• Contributes positively to collaboration with colleagues, residents and relatives
