SSA sought for respiratory team near Lemvig – long day shifts and plenty of time for patient contact

We are currently looking for a social- and health care assistant for a respiratory team in the Lemvig area . This is a newer team where you will have the opportunity to become an important part of daily life and help create good and stable frameworks around the task.

About the job

The role currently primarily consists of respiratory monitoring , including the use of BiPAP during sleep. The citizen can communicate verbally, and the task therefore requires both professional attention and the ability to create a calm and secure relationship.

The content of the task can develop over time, and later there may be care and nursing tasks such as personal care, meals and medication management.

You will naturally be thoroughly trained in the respiratory task , so you are well prepared for the job.

• thrive with longer shifts and a close 1:1 assignment
• have a sense for both professionalism, relationship and the citizen's self-determination
• are flexible and can see yourself in a task that can develop over time

Driver's license is not a requirement.

Working hours

We are seeking both a permanent employee and a substitute .

Permanent position

• Approximately 27 hours per week
• Primarily day shifts from 07:00-19:00
• Approximately 10-12 shifts per month
• Weekend shift 1-2 weekends per month , by agreement

Substitute

• Approximately 2-4 shifts per month
• Primarily day shifts from 07:00-19:00
