At Aabybro Nursing Home we are looking from 1 January 2027 or by agreement for an SSA for a permanent day shift position.

Aabybro Nursing Home has 45 units divided into 5 departments, of which 2 are dementia sections, but we are of course flexible and help each other across when necessary. It is therefore important that you are flexible and prepared for everyday life to occasionally change.

We offer a job with opportunities for professional development and close collaboration with skilled and engaged colleagues. We are a multidisciplinary team with SOSU helpers, SOSU assistants, nurses, an occupational therapist and activity staff, as well as nutrition staff. In addition, we have linked a center nurse, therapists and a janitor.

Mutual respect between residents, relatives and staff, an acknowledging dialogue and a healthy working environment are priorities for us. Likewise, a good everyday life with a homely atmosphere and an eye for the good moments is important at the nursing home. Our care and activities take their starting point in the individual resident's needs, resources and life history.

Conditions of employment

The position is remunerated on collective agreement terms and according to local wage setting.

The position is 37 hours on average per week or as agreed.

Work every 2nd weekend in even weeks.

Schedule

Interviews are held on an ongoing basis.

Start date is 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
