Solgården is the largest Care Centre of Jammerbugt Municipality - We have an exciting house with a total of 69 housing units.

• 2 dementia units
• 2 respite beds
• 4 medical-surgical wards

A little about the position

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for the evening shift. Solgården has 6 departments and there is permanent staff on all departments. There are 9 staff members working during an evening shift. As a social- and health care assistant you will act as a bridge between the departments and perform assistant tasks and care duties. The evening shift at Solgården is a strong team, with many years of experience and regular colleagues.

The job is a permanent position of 37 hours, with weekend shifts every other weekend, starting 1 December, preferably earlier if possible. There is the possibility of fewer hours upon request. We work in teams at Solgården, which provides extensive knowledge of our residents and increases the sense of security for residents and relatives. It is important to us that residents are at the center of our daily life and we carry out activities with our residents, and make use of the competencies and senses they still have. Hugs and presence with the residents are important values for us.

We use iPads, VAR, and KMD Nexus (FS3) as tools with a focus on good documentation.

There is a regular centre nurse, as well as a professional coordinator attached to the care centre.
