Who are we?

We are a nursing home with 24 fixed apartments, located in rural surroundings in Varde municipality. The center is built so that presence, short distances, beautiful surroundings and good working conditions are really well supported. It is also easy to find our location from Esbjerg with a driving time of about half an hour.

We are looking for you who

• Are educated SSA/Nurse.
• Have energy, professional pride and who would like to join a small team where we all have to help each other when necessary.
• Thrive with independence and can make decisions in a changing everyday life.
• Have the willingness to take on a coordinating role, so you together with the other professional groups ensure follow-up on issues and planning of the day's tasks.
• Actively contribute to development and quality in task execution.
• Are good at building relationships and collaborating with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• Are willing to share knowledge with the house's SSA and SSH students.

Facts about the job

We are looking for you who primarily want to work day shifts, but can also help in evening shifts.

You are employed in a permanent position for 37 hours per week of which there are 5 weekends in 12 weeks.

If otherwise desired, this can be agreed at the time of employment.

Holiday according to applicable holiday rules in Varde municipality.

Employment interviews are held continuously and with start date by agreement when the right colleague is found.
