About Ulleruphus Nursing Home

Ulleruphus Nursing Home is part of the self-governing institution Ulleruphus, where we have a bilingual culture with both deaf and hearing residents and staff. We do not expect you to have sign language skills at hiring.

Ulleruphus consists of 46 elderly housing units and 45 nursing units within the same building. You will be attached to a self-managing team, but we help each other across the house.

Our staffing is broad and consists of social and health care personnel, nurses, house assistants, unskilled workers, activities staff, service staff, kitchen staff, janitor and administrative staff. In total we are 65 dedicated colleagues at Ulleruphus who "go together", but not necessarily in sync. We value each other's differences and the possibility to see things from different perspectives.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Criminal record

Upon hire, a criminal record check will be obtained. The employment is conditional on the criminal record being free of notes of significance for performing the specific position.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

We offer two full-time positions with work every other weekend. We work with a dialogue-based duty roster.

Starting January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible.
