As a Senior Manager in PwC Consulting's Digital Business Core team, you will play a central role in developing our business and leading ERP and digitization projects at some of Denmark's largest companies.

You combine solid experience with core-system expertise with a professional background in, for example, finance, logistics, supply chain or transformation – as well as the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver value across business and technology.

We advise on mission-critical core systems such as ERP and help customers build a digital foundation by connecting strategy, processes, organization, data, AI and technology so that business value is maintained throughout the transformation.

Through our collaboration and dialogue with, among others, SAP and Microsoft, you will gain access to relevant platform perspectives and a strong platform to develop opportunities together with customers, alliances and colleagues across PwC – in Denmark and internationally.

You will be responsible for clients, projects and people in close collaboration with PwC's partners. You will be visible in the market, leverage your network and help create a robust pipeline. You will, among other things,:

• identify and develop business opportunities, build strong relationships and lead sales and proposal processes from first dialogue to agreement
• lead complex ERP and transformation projects and advise clients on strategic choices within core systems
• establish strong collaboration models between the client's business, IT organization, leadership and system suppliers
• set direction for teams, develop employees and foster an environment with high ambitions, clear feedback and strong collaboration
• develop our services and market presence in close collaboration with specialists across PwC and our alliance ecosystem

Vil du kombinere et kommercielt ansvar med ledelse af komplekse projekter?

You have solid experience from the consulting industry or industry and a proven ability to both win and deliver complex client assignments. We particularly emphasize that you:

• have a strong commercial profile and thrive with clear responsibility for pipeline, sales and client development
• have led larger ERP, digitization or transformation projects and can navigate confidently at executive level
• have a professional background in finance, logistics, supply chain, or a related area and understand the interaction between business and technology across the value chain
• have experience with larger ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• can build followership, develop teams and ensure high quality in both deliveries and client collaboration

You don't need to be a specialist in all parts of the ERP landscape, but a general end-to-end understanding of ERP would be an advantage. We are seeking an experienced advisor and commercial leader who can build trust with the client and translate opportunities into value-creating collaborations.
