About the job

Research is the driving force behind the future health service. Every new treatment begins with an idea, and the best ideas require the right digital readings.

Behind new treatment methods, clinical studies and groundbreaking results stand researchers, clinicians and patients. But increasingly there are also digital solutions that enable collecting data, identifying patients, conducting studies and translating new knowledge into better treatment.

We are looking for a new colleague who will help operate, develop and further develop the solutions that support clinical research in hospitals in the upcoming Region Østdanmark.

In the upcoming Region Østdanmark and the upcoming organization Digitalisation and Technology (DIT) you in the Clinical Partnerships section will work closely with research environments, doctors, clinical research assistants and IT specialists across Region Østdanmark.

We work according to agile principles in the SAFe framework and are organized in the ART Clinical Digitalisation, where we develop and manage solutions in close collaboration with users. The position gives you the opportunity to both work with developing new features, further developing existing solutions and the ongoing management of critical IT systems that support clinical research.

Set the direction for the digital solutions behind clinical research

  • Translate needs and user wishes into concrete improvements and new digital opportunities
  • Plan and conduct testing, quality assurance and implementation of changes
  • Support monitoring, troubleshooting and specialized support in selected areas
  • Collaborate with research environments to develop the digital support of clinical research of the future.

You thrive when technology creates value for people

We are looking for an employee with an information technology education. It would be an advantage if you have experience with configuration, operation and maintenance of IT platforms and of course preferably with the Health Platform, REDCap and the health-care domain in general. We also imagine that you:

  • Work in a structured way and take responsibility for delivering results
  • Know the SAFe framework and agile principles
  • Have an eye for both technical details and the larger business and clinical contexts
  • Thrive in collaboration with users, researchers and colleagues with different professional backgrounds
