Staff for Løvehuset

Adult Center Ristolahaven is seeking pedagogue/therapeutic pedagogue, care assistant, SOSU assistant and hourly paid staff for 2:1 special arrangement Ristolahaven is one of Marjatta's four adult centers and consists of several shared living arrangements as well as individual housing. In the area live 36 residents, who together with the staff work to create an active and dynamic community. We work with a therapeutic-pedagogical approach based on Rudolf Steiner's view of humanity and Marjatta's value goals and basis for action.

As we are receiving a new resident in Løvehuset from 1 November 2026 in a 2:1 special provision, we are currently seeking more new staff for the group. The resident is a young man of 18 who needs support in all daily tasks.

Arbeidet innebærer bl.a.

• Maintaining a structured daily routine.
• Enhanced personal hygiene.
• Medication management.
• Pedagogical and health-professional documentation.
• Collaboration with a resident who can exhibit problematic and violent behavior.
• Rotating work hours day/evening/night as well as weekends and holidays.

Personlige kompetencer

• You have goodwill and preferably experience with relationship-based pedagogy.
• You are prepared to work according to our value-goal- and action framework and our value-based personnel policy with kindness as the guiding principle.
• You can see yourself as a good support in the resident's home and can help in all daily tasks.
• You are present, pedagogically creative and good at reading moods and situations.
• You have a driver's license and can drive in Copenhagen as well as basic PC skills.

Timetal: For permanent staff 30-34 hours per week by agreement, not fixed hours for relief staff.

Start: as soon as possible after agreement

Salary and employment: The appointment and salary placement are made under the regional collective agreement for social-pedagogical staff as well as Marjatta's locally agreed pre-agreements.

Starting salary for employees covered by the collective agreement: Marjatta, under a operating agreement with Region Zealand, is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of the base salary, centrally set allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
