Stork Scan is seeking a receptionist for a scanning clinic centrally located near Nørreport Station

Stork Scan is seeking a dedicated and welcoming receptionist who wants to be the clinic's face to the outside and greet our clients. We prefer that you are a midwifery student on a minimum 4th semester and have the possibility to take evening and weekend shifts.

We are a small, passionate scanning clinic located in protected premises near Nørreport Station. In the clinic we work closely together and share a common interest in pregnancy, scans, birth and maternity. The working environment is informal, and we perform tasks collectively – also across roles.

Job duties

• Receiving clients and handling payments
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Administration of bookings
• Sale of goods in the clinic
• Close collaboration with the other staff and ensuring coherence in daily work
• Light cleaning and tidying up as needed
• Contribute to the clinic's social media
