As our new Student Assistant you will become part of the Danish quality department, where you will work closely with our Quality Control team.

The position gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience in quality work and document handling in the pharmaceutical industry in close collaboration with experienced colleagues. Your contribution will help ensure organized and efficient document handling and at the same time free up time in the quality department so there can be greater focus on daily operations.

Your primary tasks

As Student Assistant you will among other things work with

• Sorting and archiving batch journals
• Archiving and handling of quality documentation
• Lower-level administrative and office tasks in the quality department
• Assist other departments with archiving and organizing documents
• Contribute to ensuring order and structure in our document management

We expect that you

• Are a student in a youth education program
• Can work about 6-8 hours per week, preferably on weekdays in the afternoon
• Are careful, conscientious and structured
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Have a focus on quality and details
