Student Assistant for Group Accounting

We are seeking an ambitious student assistant to Group Accounting, who will contribute to the development of our finance organization through analyses, projects, process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. The role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with management and gain insight into how strategic priorities are translated into concrete initiatives and results in a global finance function.

About the job | Become part of the development of the finance function of the future

You will have a broad role with tasks within finance transformation, process development, analysis and cross-functional projects.

Your tasks will include

• Support development and improvement initiatives in Group Accounting
• Prepare analyses, presentations and decision materials
• Contribute to finance-related projects and transformation initiatives
• Follow up on activities, milestones and deliveries across the organization
• Support process improvements and documentation of workflows
• Collect and structure data for reporting and management follow-up
• Contribute to planning and coordination of workshops and project activities
• Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and other business areas
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and tasks related to the development of Group Accounting

Thus you will gain a unique insight into how a global finance function works with leadership, change, governance and cross-functional collaboration.

About you | Analytical, Curious and Proactive

We expect you to be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HA General or similar.

Additionally, we would like you to

• Have at least two years remaining in your total studies
• Work in a structured way and be strong at creating overview
• Be strategically minded and curious about leadership, organizations and change
• Thrive with many contact points and different tasks
• Have strong communication skills in Danish and English
• Be a power user of the Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint and AI for personal productivity)
• Have high drive and follow tasks through to completion
