Student Assistant for the administration of digital channels & webshop at Send Flere Krydderier

We are seeking a student assistant for WordPress, WooCommerce and digital marketing

Do you have hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce and can you help us get more out of our digital traffic and customer communication?

Send Flere Krydderier is seeking a digitally strong student assistant of about 8 hours per week who can help us operate and develop our website, webshop and digital customer communication.

We run a cafe, catering, lunch schemes and events and therefore have many different customers who meet us digitally, on our website, in the webshop, via Google, social media and newsletters.

We are good at cooking and creating social value. Now we are looking for you to have the digital competencies to make it easy for customers to find us, order our food and return again.

Your main tasks

You will take responsibility for a range of our digital operations and development tasks. These will include:

• WordPress: Update and maintain our website, create and edit content, and perform minor corrections and debugging.
• WooCommerce: Maintain and develop our webshop, including products, prices, menus, options and customer journeys.
• Google Analytics: Monitor and analyze our digital traffic and user behavior and help us understand what works – and where we can improve the website and webshop.
• Mailchimp: Create and send newsletters, work with customer lists, segmentation and tags, and set up automated emails.
• SEO: Optimize texts, headlines, images and structure so that our website and products are easier to find on Google.
• Meta/Facebook: Contribute to the setup and maintenance of our commerce center, remarketing, campaigns.
• Regularly update content, images, menus, events and other information on our digital channels.
• Contribute to smaller administrative tasks and customer communication.

We are looking for a student assistant who can relatively quickly work independently with our digital platforms. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have hands-on experience with or good familiarity with:

WordPress · WooCommerce · Google Analytics · Mailchimp

It is a plus if you also have experience with SEO, Meta/Facebook, digital advertising or other tools within e-commerce and digital marketing.

Who are you?

You may be a student in digital communication, marketing, e-commerce, IT or similar. Your specific educational focus is less important than your practical digital competencies.

• can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• are structured and have an eye for detail
• are curious about data and can use it to see where we can do better
• understand that a webshop must work technically and provide the customer with a good experience
• are eager to work in a small organization where your work creates social value.

Employment and application

You will be employed on salaried-like terms as a student assistant of about 8 hours per week. The working hours are arranged with flexibility in relation to your studies.
