Job description

For our team in Charlottenlund, we are now seeking a skilled student assistant who is a natural talent in customer service and selling skincare products.

Our large beautiful clinic opened in 2023 on the busy shopping street Jægersborg Allé right by Charlottenlund S-train station. Here you will work together with a strong and ambitious team of cosmetic nurses and receptionists who have an extremely high level of expertise in their field. As a student assistant you will have an important role in ensuring that our customers get the best possible experience at N’AGE.

You will have a very varied job that spans from five-star customer service, advisory and sale of clinical skincare products, handling of bookings and written customer inquiries to ongoing tidying and cleaning of the clinic and other practical tasks.

The pace can be fast at times and you must thrive with independent responsibility, and have the motivation to learn a lot in a short time. You will be trained and continuously assessed in both customer service and sales of skincare products.

The hours are 10-15 hours per week spread over a couple of shifts, mainly in the afternoons and early evenings on weekdays and occasionally Saturday daytime hours. Flexibility within these parameters is a big plus. The main tasks are:

• Greet customers, serve drinks and ensure customers feel welcome
• Advise on and sell skincare products
• Ensure calendar optimization, book times for customers and answer phone and emails
• Ensure the clinic always looks neat, tidy and inviting
• Stock products on product displays and in storage
• Light cleaning and washing
• Other ad hoc work

Qualifications

• You have at least a couple of years left of your higher education in a field of study where you have flexibility regarding working hours and can work 10-15 hours per week
• You are service-minded and take part in the full range of tasks
• You believe in the value of good skincare and would like to advise and sell high-quality skincare products – documented sales experience is a big plus
• You follow through on tasks properly and ensure that all ends are tied up
• Your positive demeanor spreads good mood among both customers and colleagues
• You are proactive regarding your own learning and seek sparring on what you do not know
• You are reliable and flexible to take an extra shift occasionally when needed
• You have good written and spoken communication skills, and good IT understanding
