Student assistant with an interest in communication and Cloud

Are you motivated by communication, structure and technology? And would you like to gain practical experience with communication in a modern Cloud organization within the financial sector? Then you may be our new student assistant in the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE).

The position

As a student assistant you will be part of our Public Cloud area, where you contribute to clear, consistent and professional communication - both internally and to our customers. You also take on an important role in creating overview, structure and visibility around our cloud services, initiatives and best practices.

That means, among others, you must

• Contribute to standardizing communication from the Public Cloud area.
• Clean up and structure existing communication material.
• Help manage and maintain communication channels and collaboration areas.
• Prepare and coordinate internal communication to the business.
• Support external communication and material to customers.
• Contribute to awareness- and enablement initiatives around Cloud.
• Assist with presentations, news, information material and workshops.

The department

The Cloud Center of Excellence department is a central public cloud department, responsible for bringing new solutions in, helping our customers with optimal Cloud design, and setting the direction for the overall Cloud work at JN Data and its customers. CCOE sits under the Public Cloud area which delivers a wide range of services to our external and internal customers, all related to Cloud platform and Infrastructure.

The team consists of technical roles, such as Cloud architects and developers, as well as service-, compliance- and security-related roles. The team works based on principles within Agile, DevOps and Product Management.

You will become part of a larger department, all of whom are motivated by what they do, so you will have lots of good sparring partners. You will be attached to our department in Silkeborg. Working hours will in principle be 15 hours per week, but we are flexible and naturally take your study activities into account.

You

We imagine you are in the process of pursuing a relevant higher education in communication, IT, business or similar – and that you have an interest in technology.

• Can communicate in Danish and English in writing and speech.

It is an advantage if you have experience with tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams or similar – but it is not a requirement.

We are therefore looking for a person with good collaboration skills, high willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to the development of our Cloud department.
