Who is Cand?

The study job

In this study job you will have the opportunity to combine communication, marketing and HR tasks in a role with a high degree of freedom with responsibility. You will become part of the HR & Communications department, where you get close to both employees and management and have influence on how the company communicates internally and externally.

Your tasks will include

• Drive and develop the company's employee intranet
• Prepare and share news and content for both internal and external platforms (including LinkedIn and Facebook)
• Contribute to presentation material for internal and external use
• Support HR with communication tasks, e.g., creating job postings.
• Contribute to various ad hoc tasks

The company

Our partner company is an international company that specializes in refrigerated and frozen storage of food for the food industry. The company is Europe’s leading independent provider of cold storage and logistics, with a presence in eight European countries, including Denmark, where the company has nine different departments. You will spend your daily work at the Aalborg office, where both Finance, IT, HR and Communications departments are located, among others.

You will become part of the HR team and work closely with their current student assistant from Cand, as well as the company's Nordic HR manager, production manager and CEO.
