Student job: HR administration and internal communication

Our partner, an international industrial company, is seeking a student who can take a practical approach at the crossroads between HR administration, process work and internal communication.

Who is Cand?

The student job

You will become part of the company's Group HR team, where you report directly to the HR management and work closely with the rest of the team. Your first tasks will be to take over recurring reporting tasks from the internal HR system and practical vendor management around the office - tasks that are easy to get into and that give you ownership from day one.

When you have settled into the routines, the role will shift toward the part where you can really make your mark: to get HR's processes and SOPs documented and rolled out properly. You will help develop internal communication on the company's intranet. The role suits you if you are curious and thrive with a mix of fixed routine tasks and more development-focused process work. You do not need to be an HR expert from day one, but you must dare to dive into things.

Responsibilities

• Report extraction and data processing in the HR system, as well as monthly sustainability reporting
• Administrative support for ongoing HR activities, documentation and data quality across the organization
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs and support of process improvements in HR
• Development of internal communication via the company's intranet
• Maintenance of content and training activities in the compliance platform
• Office administration, so the workplace runs efficiently
• Ad hoc support for selected recruitment and onboarding activities

The company

Our partner is an international industrial company specializing in road marking. The company is based in the Copenhagen area and is part of a larger international organization with entities in several countries, including the USA and France. From here, a central HR team supports both the Danish business and parts of the international organization.

You will become part of a small, hands-on HR team with a short path from idea to action, and you will gain insight into how HR works in a global, operation-heavy company. The company has a long history with Cand students and has hired several into full-time roles after graduation. In addition, two current Cand students are already attached to the finance department. This position thus gives you a solid foundation for a career in HR, process optimization or internal communication in a company that uses students as an active part of their recruitment for the future.
