Who is Cand?

Cand creates development opportunities in the interaction between students and companies. We make it easy for companies to achieve positive results with students in study-relevant jobs - and that’s where you come in. You will be employed as a consultant at Cand. We hire students from many different educations, and it is for both bachelor’s and master’s students. The study job

The company wants to leverage the opportunities that AI and automation create, but needs a dedicated resource to drive the work forward.

As a student assistant, your task is to investigate where the technology can create value, and translate the possibilities into concrete solutions. You will have a broad role with great influence on your own tasks, and the position will be shaped to a large extent by your competencies and interests.

You will work together with the company’s director and the company’s other employees. At the same time you will have the opportunity to spar with colleagues who already work with, among other things, AI agents.

Your tasks

Your tasks will among other things include

• AI and automation: Identify manual processes where AI and automation can save time and improve workflows.
• Streamlining administration: Explore possibilities for example faster email handling and automation of reports.
• System integration: Explore how the company’s existing systems can work together better, and how AI functions from the international organization can be utilized.
• Data and order handling: Contribute to exploring possibilities for AI-based order handling and use of historical data to predict future orders.
• New AI tools: Keep yourself updated on technological development and find new tools that can create value for the company.
• Implementation and knowledge sharing: Help implement the solutions and teach your colleagues to use the new tools in their daily work.

You do not necessarily need to have experience in all areas. The most important thing is that you have a solid interest in AI and automation and a desire to explore how the technology can be used in practice.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education, for example in IT, data, software, digitalization or business development.

You do not need to fit into a specific academic box. We are just as interested in your curiosity, your approach to problem solving and your desire to create results.

• Have a strong interest in AI, automation and new technological possibilities.
• Are proactive and independent and thrive on taking responsibility for your own tasks.
• Are curious and good at identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Are willing to ask questions, seek colleagues and follow up when you need input.
• Can translate ideas into practical solutions rather than merely exploring possibilities.
• Want to share your knowledge and help others adopt new tools.

You don’t need to have the answer in advance. On the other hand, we expect that you are eager to find it.

The company

The company is part of a larger international group headquartered in Switzerland and has a smaller Danish office in Skanderborg with about 8 employees. The organization is flat, and the employees have a broad everyday life with different areas of responsibility. There are therefore good opportunities to work across functions and influence how tasks are solved and new initiatives developed.
