What will you be working with?

As an IT consultant you will be responsible for driving infrastructure projects for our customers from start to finish. You will become part of a competent team where you brainstorm with each other and together find the good solutions for the customers.

An important part of the role is the dialogue with the customer. Therefore you must be able to communicate technical solutions at eye level and create confidence throughout the process.

Your tasks will include

• Drive and coordinate infrastructure projects at customers
• Advise and brainstorm with customers about their IT solutions
• Implement and configure new solutions
• Work with operation, maintenance and optimization of IT environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
• Work with Microsoft 365 and related solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues on both larger and smaller client projects

Who are you?

You don't need to know it all, but we would like you to

• Have experience from a similar position
• Have experience with networks, Azure, Microsoft 365 and local Microsoft environments
• Have strong analytical abilities and be good at finding solutions to technical challenges
• Work in a structured way, have a good overview and at the same time attention to the important details
• Can prepare documentation and ensure that things are under control along the way
• Are good at listening, collaborating and communicating with both customers and colleagues
• Takes initiative and responsibility and follows your tasks through to the end
• Contributes with energy and the desire to create good results together with others
• Communicate confidently in Danish and English, both orally and in writing

For us it is at least as important how you work with people as what you can do technically. You must be able to build trust with the customers, be present in the dialogue and be eager to contribute to the good collaboration in the team.
