Student job: Marketing Assistant

We have received a truly interesting internship/job opening - our partner, a market leader in mine clearance, terror security and protection of critical infrastructure, is seeking a sharp student who can take the lead on their marketing efforts.

Who is Cand?

The internship

You will be part of the marketing function at the group level and report directly to the chief executive officer. You take over responsibility for websites, content and social media across the group's companies. The role is broad, and the framework is flexible. You plan activities with your manager based on an annual schedule with fairs and campaigns. At the same time there is room for your own ideas, as long as they create value. You will do graphics largely with AI tools, so the focus is on content and communication.

The role suits you if you study communication, marketing or similar, write well in Danish and English and use AI naturally in your work. You are independent, proactive and not too proud to lend a hand where needed.

Tasks

• Complete and maintain websites in WordPress, including SEO
• Write articles and web content that make technical knowledge understandable for non-specialists
• Plan and run campaigns on social media
• Produce brochures, presentations and trade show materials for spring and autumn fairs
• Create image and video content with AI tools
• Strengthen brand and storytelling across the group's companies
• Send newsletters
• Research and development of new marketing initiatives

The company

Our partner is a privately owned Danish group within defence and security, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Ballerup. The group consists of companies in defence equipment, ordnance disposal and physical security as well as a new consulting company. The organization is flat, informal and characterized by specialists with operative experience. You will have great influence and broad practical experience. It provides a solid foundation for a career in marketing and communications in a smaller, ambitious company.
