About the job

Operations and Facilities at Rigshospitalet are seeking a technical coordinator with a broad technical background.

About the position

As a technical coordinator you will primarily be responsible for effectively coordinating the on-call team's tasks and acting as a link to management.

Continuous training and ensuring that the team has the right competencies are also an important task.

You should also, in collaboration with the area’s professional lead, help ensure that the on-call shifts in the on-call team have the right tools and conditions to run the hospital 24/7, as well as operate the on-call central and related facilities.

Guarding and Maintenance at Rigshospitalet also includes a number of maintenance tasks, and it is also part of the role of the technical coordinator to coordinate this, as well as to maintain close coordination with the department heads and coordinators from the other fields.

We place a high value on employee well-being, and it is expected that you contribute to a good working environment in the team and take responsibility to ensure a positive and professional tone.

You contribute to formulating and achieving development and operations goals for the team, and actively participate in KPI follow-ups at KPI dashboard meetings.

In addition, there are some personnel administrative tasks such as the team’s vacation and duty planning.

In the role of technical coordinator you will, in due course, also participate as a relief shift in our 24/7 staffed on-call central, which consists of 8 duty teams. They monitor the hospital’s technical installations at both Blegdamsvej and Glostrup. Under the on-call function there is also handling of acute technical breakdowns, as well as receiving the medical helicopter.

You must be able to thrive in an unpredictable and varied daily life, with a broad range of internal and external contact.

About you

We would like you to have several years of relevant experience from building operations of large building masses. Technical experience across multiple disciplines is a clear plus.

Professionally, we expect you to have

  • Familiarity with the operation of the on-call center and shift work
  • Experienced user of Facility Management systems (we use Dalux FM)
  • Experience with monitoring alarm systems (BMS, CTS, ABA)
  • Experience with development and implementation of new processes.

In relation to your personal competencies, we expect that you are

  • Strong in communication
  • Proactive, takes responsibility and ownership
  • Structured and systematic
  • Positive and extrovert

We offer

An exciting and challenging job at Denmark’s largest, and perhaps most advanced, hospital with:
