About the job

Do you want to be part of the new health reform and work with logistics that makes a real difference?

We are seeking 4-5 motivated, flexible and engaged Supply and Service Assistants for our newly started supply team in Hospital Logistics. You thrive in an active and varied everyday life and want both practical work and close collaboration with colleagues and healthcare staff at different sites.

The workplaces are located across three Regional Councils in the Capital Region of Denmark, which provides the opportunity to work at many different locations.

About the job

As a Supply and Service Assistant at Hospital Logistics, you are part of a team responsible for goods supply, warehouse management, ordering and distribution of goods to health and care facilities in the Capital Region of Denmark. You drive between several locations and ensure well-functioning depots, high supply security and good service to the staff.

Your main tasks will include

  • Stock ordering and reordering via scanning Kanban cards and handheld scanner.
  • Ongoing follow-up on warehouse status, goods consumption and good service to healthcare staff.
  • Replenishment, product placement and ongoing depot optimization.
  • Cleaning, 5S depot cleaning and ensuring well-organized depots.
  • Unloading, loading and transport of goods between warehouse and health and care facilities.
  • Handling of hazardous deliveries and acute supply needs.
  • Driving between different health and care facilities in the Capital Region of Denmark.
  • Assistance with internal service and logistics tasks at the sites, including internal transport and other operations-related tasks.

We value

  • Service culture – you are motivated to create value and help both customers and colleagues
  • Collaboration and community – we succeed best together
  • Job satisfaction – we take care of each other and respect each other’s work
  • Leadership – We focus on strong relationships, clarity, delegation and feedback.

About you

You do not necessarily need experience from warehousing or logistics. The most important is that you enjoy delivering good service to nurses, doctors and other healthcare staff at different sites.

You take pride in depots, modular cabinets and shelves appearing neat, well-organized and ready for use. An important part of the job is to ensure that goods are correctly positioned and that the depots are always stocked, tidy and easy to navigate.

The position also requires that you thrive with physical work. The everyday includes, among other things, handling goods, transport cages, replenishing depots and other practical logistics and service tasks at the locations.

You must be able to work independently and be eager for a varied workday, where you move between different locations, meet many people and spend part of the day in a van on the roads in the Capital Region of Denmark.

We imagine that you

  • Have a sense of order, structure and overview
  • Have an eye for detail in depots, cabinets and storage
  • Are service-minded and helpful
  • Can work independently
  • Thrive with responsibility for your own locations and depots
  • Have experience with product replenishment, warehouse management, retail or similar
  • Are familiar with IT and handheld scanners
  • Have good physical fitness and a B driving license
