Supply Chain Coordinator – Replenishment & Operations

We are seeking a structured and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator who will play a central role in the supply of goods to our 28 stores, webshop and other sales channels.

You will become part of a small Supply Chain team and work closely with Retail, Webshop, Category Management, Purchasing and Logistics. Your daily work involves data, systems, coordination and cross-organisational collaboration. We work closely, share knowledge and help each other, while you get your own area of responsibility and the opportunity to make your mark on everyday life.

Making it happen

You will be responsible for ensuring high product availability and an efficient flow of goods. Your tasks include, among others:

• Replenishment, planning and allocation of goods to stores and other sales channels with ongoing adaptation to campaigns, seasons and demand.
• Procurement of and follow-up on the stock of SIM cards.
• Analysis of sales and inventory data and follow-up on product availability, deliveries and variances.
• Daily dialogue with our 3PL about incoming deliveries and goods receipts.
• Warehouse adjustments, deactivation of goods, price corrections and adjustment of COGS.
• Weekly and monthly reporting and analyses.
• Support and ongoing dialogue with stores and other sales channels.

Numbers, systems and structure

You do not need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you have an interest in numbers, systems and details as well as a desire to understand the connection between sales, stock and flow.

We envision that you

• Have a strong numeracy understanding and work analytically, structured and thorough.
• Are strong in Excel and generally have good Microsoft Office skills.
• Would preferably have experience with replenishment and/or SplashBI, but it is not a requirement.
• Take responsibility, follow through tasks to the end and can prioritise when things change.
• Are service-minded and thrive with coordination and many points of contact.
• Communicate professionally in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
