You land in a production daily life, where metal parts are prepared, assembled and welded to machines and equipment. The team isn't very large - about 15 employees - so you won't get lost in the crowd. Work takes place in the workshop in Lemvig, where daily life is more production and craftsmanship than shifting construction sites.

The role suits you who want to use your hands and get the welds to sit correctly. You'll get a clear daily routine with pre-work, preparation and MAG, MIG or MMA, without the job being wrapped in fine words. The most important is that you show up reliably, take to it and say if something doesn't add up.

Your everyday

In the workshop, the day is about getting the subjects ready before welding begins. You work with pre-work and preparation, so there is control of fit, joints and the next step in the task. The sequence changes after production, but the direction is clear: do it properly from the start.

You will among other things work with

• Prepare parts before welding
• Weld with MAG
• Weld with MIG
• Weld with MMA
• Inspect and adjust parts before delivery

If a weld requires extra pre-work, you take it from the start instead of pushing the problem further. It makes everyday life simple: prepare properly, weld properly and say if something doesn't add up.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you should be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder, preferably from a workshop or production
• Can work with MAG, MIG or MMA
• Can take on pre-work and preparation
• Are reliable and keep your commitments
• Say if something doesn't add up

It is an advantage if you have worked with several welding methods before. But the most important is that you enjoy a practical everyday life where the work must be done correctly.
