Today we run the finance function for companies like Lovable, Legora and Keyshot, with backing from Atomico, Balderton, Seedcamp, Cherry and Entrée, and teams across Copenhagen, London and Stockholm, with remotes world over.

The Role

We're looking for a Nordics Marketing Manager to make Light the default finance platform for scaling companies across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You can base yourself in Copenhagen or London.

Light started life in Copenhagen, and the Nordics already know us. Founders, CFOs and finance leaders in the region backed us from the start, and our local community gives us a head start most challengers would envy. Your job is to take that energy to new heights, so that when a Nordic finance team outgrows its current setup, Light is the obvious next move.

You'll own the Nordics marketing plan end to end. You'll have a B-line into our Nordics GTM pod, which spans sales, implementation and customer success, and you'll work closely with our central growth team to find new ways to drive demand through digital channels.

What you'll be doing

• Building and running the Nordics marketing plan, with pipeline targets you share with the GTM pod.
• Running a field and events programme across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki and… any other city you think makes sense. From intimate CFO dinners to flagship moments people talk about for months.
• Growing partnerships with the accounting firms, advisors, investors and communities that Nordic finance leaders trust and extends our voice across the region.
• Localising our story, content and campaigns so they land with Nordic finance teams in their own language and context.
• Creating content with our customers, product and design teams that turns what Light does into stories people want to share.
• Working with our central growth team to test and scale digital demand generation in the region.
• Building relationships with local press and the people who shape the Nordic tech and finance conversation.

What we think* you'll need

• Enough years in the seat to know what works at a fast-growing company, ideally because you've built the ground game for a scaling B2B SaaS business before.
• A track record across field, events, partnerships and content, and the judgment to know which lever to pull and when.
• Experience localising a brand and its message for a region, with a feel for what lands with Nordic audiences.
• Comfort working with sales, implementation and customer success as one team, with pipeline as the shared goal.
• Deep curiosity about how AI is reshaping finance teams and the companies they serve.
• A great storyteller across video, text and meme.
• A can-do, empathetic and collaborative spirit. No brilliant assholes here, please.
• Fluency in English and at least one other Nordic language.
• A passport. Expect regular trips across the Nordics and to our teams in London, Munich, New York and elsewhere.
